Bet size while a bonus is active
The largest bet that counts toward wagering is 2 EUR, and the same ceiling covers buying bonus rounds or extra rounds. Bets above 2 EUR with an active bonus may be treated as bonus abuse and the winnings from them can be confiscated. Each wagering bet must also stay below 20% of the bonus amount, otherwise it does not count and the wagering status of the bonus is reviewed.
Games that count
Bets on table games such as roulette, sic bo and baccarat, and on every kind of video poker, do not count toward wagering. One bonus at a time
Only one bonus can be active on an account. A verified phone number is a condition for receiving bonuses, and no single bonus can exceed 1,000 EUR.
Your balance during wagering
Bets come out of a combined balance that holds both your own money and the bonus. Winnings stay on that balance until the bonus is fully wagered, and then the bonus amount moves to your main balance, ready to withdraw. Holding back any game round to play later, free spins and bonus games included, is not allowed and can result in a blocked account with all funds confiscated. If your balance falls to 0.2 EUR, the wagering conditions of the bonus are cancelled.
Betting patterns we treat as misuse
Placing many bets with minimal expected winnings to wager a bonus fast, such as covering every roulette number or backing red and black together, can lead to verification and a block. So can building a balance with large bets and then cutting stakes by half or more to finish wagering with less risk. When misuse is confirmed, we may switch off future bonuses for the account or seek compensation for the losses it caused.

Choose any method that suits you and enter the amount. You can fund the account from a card, an electronic wallet or your phone, and you can use several methods, though that may lead to additional checks. Withdrawals
Money goes back by the same method you used to deposit, unless that method does not allow payouts or we decide on a different route. If you deposited with more than one method, a payout can be split between them. Funds cannot be returned to a MasterCard credit card, so we pay those out by another method. You can have one withdrawal request open at a time, and requests are handled in the order they arrive. Before you request a payout
Your profile must be complete, with at least one verified phone number and one verified email address. All your payments need to be verified, verification must be finished and no free spins or bonus games may be left unfinished. You also need at least one successful deposit in the last 30 days.
Turnover on deposits
Each deposit must be wagered three times before you withdraw it. Live dealer games, video poker, table games and the Other category count toward this, while Live Slots do not. Withdrawing money that was never played may carry a fee of 20% of the amount.
Checks that can extend a payout
We may confirm winnings with the game provider, which can take as long as 30 calendar days. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited software or another breach, an investigation can last up to 75 days, with account functions limited in the meantime. Adults only

One account per player
